Description

Salt Flat Racer is a two DVD set based on Salt Flat Racing at Lake Bonneville during SpeedWeek. The footage comes from the 60th anniversary of SpeedWeek in 2008.

The DVD follows race teams from the USA, New Zealand and Canada. It includes some background components of salt flat racing like preparation of the race cars in LA and pre inspection and in addition includes interviews from legends such as Art Chrisman, Tex Smith and many more.

This twin DVD set includes over 2 and a half hours of footage and has great reviews.
